  I was passing by the Jewel on Stearns Road and saw you recently did their parking lot. However, you did a poor job on a project you were hired for in a Bartlett Subdivision. I have a copy of your legal response given about the BBB complaint issued and I find it appalling that you refused to fix the poor work done because you were not hired to complete another project in the Subdivision. I am also not sure if the management company involved received a compensation for the referral of the company because they waited past the statute of limitations to file the complaint although they were informed of flooding and various issues involved during a reasonable amount of time after your work was completed. Your company has conducted itself unethically in my opinion and please do not diminish my complaint or I will be forced to post the full disclosure of your own documentation on Google Docs. In this economy I find such shoddy work ethic intolerable. In addition I hope that anyone who seeks to hire your company fully verify your work references. I certainly hope your company has improved over the past 4 years since this incident.
